Drop down menus not appearing

Drop down not appearing when trying to change from print/emaill to print only etc. Have cleared cache folders and still not working. Assistance please.

    Kindly take a screenshot of window where the drop down menu is not appearing so I can further check this one for you. Make sure to remove sensitive information before posting in the Forum.
