When trying to link a bank feed to a credit card account the drop down menu is empty

When trying to link a bank feed to a credit card account the drop down menu is empty

    Hi Rob0425 


    Within the Accounting>>Chart of accounts>>Create account window, you should have the Account type option for Credit Card. Similar to the screenshot listed below. If you are not able to see that Credit Card option, what options can you see?

    Hi Rob0425 


    What is the Account Type is the account in the Chart of accounts you want to link to?

    For an account to be a linked account for bank feeds it would need to have the account type to be Bank (for bank account bank feeds) OR Credit card (for credit card bank feeds).

      Thanks for your reply. I am using MYOB Pro and don't have an account type for Credit Card, can I create that option?
