Invoices bouncing back

Hi

 

Can you please advise why my invoices are bouncing back undelivered.

 

I reported this problem on 10.02.22. This has not been resolved.

 

This is URGENT as we run a business and our customers urgently need their invoices ASAP.

 

This is the error message i receive by email.

 

Sorry, email delivery was unsuccessful.

Subject: Invoice 00813189; From 

Destination: 

Sent: March 5th 2022, 11:27:05 am

Message: Hi,

Your invoice is ready.

    Sorry to hear about this. Please send me a private message with your product serial number and confirmation of the destination email address so I can look into this.
