MYOB direct payments not received

 

Hi, we're receiving the remittance advice via email for MYOB direct payemmts, but the funds are not being received into our bank account.

    Thanks for your post. Depending on the time the payment has been authorised the payment should appear in your account then next business day (if you're with a Major bank) if your not with a major bank the will appear the second business day. Can you confirm when the payments have been authorised ?
