Purchase orders

Dear MYOB,

I have three questions.

1) When our projects are contracted, I would like to create a purchase order in AccountRight for the entire value of our supplier commitment. Most often this commitment is spread over multiple financial periods.

Doing so would allow us to better forecast future contracted commitments for cashflow purposes. Is this currently possible?

2) Is it possible to receipt a purchase order without it being posted directly into Accounts Payable when we don't yet have thye suppliers invoice? 

3) We use jobs to track project costs, but the system will only allow prior job history for two financial periods. Are there plans to allow user access to entire project history such as the General Ledger? We are creating continuation projects every year.
