Since Friday last week (1 April), none of my supplier invoices that normally appear automatically, have been showing in the purchases in tray. Can you please advise if this is something being investigated? I now have to load them manually which is very frustrating and extremely time consuming.

Thanks for your post. I am not aware of any issues with the In Tray at the time of your writing. Are you still experiencing issues where supplier bills are not appearing in your In Tray?
How are your suppliers sending their invoices to you? Are they automated suppliers? Or are they sending their invoices to you via e-mail? Is this issue with one supplier or with multiple?
Have you checked with the supplier if they have sent the invoices and if they have the right emailaddress to send it to?
