If that preference is not enabled in the company file getting a copy of the raw error log would be required i.e. not a screenshot of that but the actual txt file.
The other thing I would be interested to know is if the same thing does occur in the sample company file i.e. Clearwater on that computer?
The client has made a recurring transaction in Clearwater, and it enters OK, and doesn't drop out.
Any other ideas?

As Clearwater appears to be working as intended, that tends to indicate that it is a file specific error rather than an installation or an environmental one (which could be still possible). Without getting that full error log i.e. the txt file and when exactly it does occur we would not be able to further investigate.

My client has upgraded to 2021.1 and the problem has been fixed.
