Sales Return

Does anyone know how to enter a sales return?

My teacher told me that it should be entered into sales as a negative figure but I don't think that's how it works. 

A website showed an example on how to but it was for the MYOB v18 and had significant differences. 

Can anyone shed some light please? :)
