Time Billing - Hours Billed Doubled on Activity Slip

This has only recently started happening so I suspect its a bug in one of the upgrades in the last 3 or 4 months.

When I use "Use Activity Slip Notes" instead of Activity Name ..." it is auromatically doubling the hours billed. Note the hours actually billed on the invoice are still correct.

Because the hours already billed are double the units of the activity slip I end up with a negative hours to be billed transaction.

I was working around this by just increasing the units on the activity slip to match the hours billed BUT now I have run into a rounding issue so I can't get completely rid of the entry.
