I am unable to delete a purchase quote. The error message is
An unbalance transaction may not be recorded.
The quote was transferred to a order and the quote still remains as the preference for Quotes to be deleted when converted to an order or bill is not ticked.
I have entered deleted all the item lines and re entered a new item lines, tick and untick the GST inclusive box.
Has anyone got any ideas.
I manually entered the amounts, saved, and then tried to delete and it did not work
IF you can't delete the transaction, it could be the preferences set up in your settings won't allow a delete but a reversal, so you will need to change these preferences.
You can follow the steps in this Help Article to check the settings to delete a transaction.
If you are still getting an error message and unable to delete can you please send me a screenshot of the window including the error.
