Is this happening to all reports or just some?
I would suggest following this helpful post about clearing the AccountRIght Cache which can improve the performance.
Most of the time, if the reports are freezing and AccountRight closes, it is due to timeout issues. Seeing that your files are online I would suggest that you take a backup of your company file and restore these locally. Once restored, you should be able to run the reports with no issues.
I have attached a Help Article about backing up and restoring company files which will provide a detailed guide on the steps to do these tasks.Please let me know how you go.
