I would like to create a professional quote template. The current system is very limited. I would like to be apbel to put in the job it applies to and other information in a description.

Hi @Laurenh, 

Thank you for your post. You can create a customised form for quotes and give it a different name so you can distinguish it from other invoice types. In the template, you can add/remove columns as you wish by right clicking the description table > Selecting showing hide columns. Please note that when you need to print a quote, you will have to manually ensure that right form template is selected.
