That is what I thought, I removed the termination date, did a 30/06/2022 zero pay run, sent to ATO and now waiting on ATO to update the YTD verification report. I have now re-entered the termination dates for my records so I do not forget lol

Hello Melisa,
My Payroll Activity report is correct, but the Verification report is not. I don't have any ETP employees. I wondered if anyone else without employees who have received ETP have had problems balancing?

Melisa D I contacted support yesterday and after 2 hours of waiting on hold finally got to speak to someone who then took 45 minutes of continuously putting me on hold only to tell me they would ring me back.
I am not able to send you a private message. Please can you somehow activiate that so I can send you one as I need to send a message as I need to get Duplicate ETP's removed so I can finalise the end of year payroll.

I had the same issue, was on hold for over 2 hours then got hung up on.
I then went on the live chat and was told to do a 0 payrun for 30.06.2022 and it worked, my verification report then matched my other reports.
So run a new payrun 30.06.2022 take out all amounts including tax and super for each employee....so 0 amounts.
Then sent that payrun to the ATO...wait for it to be excepted then go into your verification report and all figures should be correct.
I had 3 terminated so had to reinstate them and do the same for them too.
Its been a nighmare to get this info!

I have followed the help article regarding the incorrect ETP values however I still have an issue the individual summary of payments are still saying $0.00, how can do I rectify this issue.
