Can't open employee card/close payroll year

I'm having the exact same problem 

 

Are you able to HELP PLEASEEEEEEE

 

Serial Ending in 4973

Company File No 1

 

Now i cant roll over the payroll year, its coming up with a new but related error im guessing

I can see that company file is stored online with AccountRight Live as such I've run a script over that company file for you. 

Do try that process again and let us know how you get on with it.
