MOYB didn't respond before process electronic payment and crashed now can not do any job

Hi Team,

 

Just about to prepare electronic payment and bank file after the 1st July payroll, then MYOB kept poping up the error message saying try again later. Then I try to login again but won't let me do anything.

 

Can anyone help with this?

We are aware investigating reports of some clients having issues logging into their files at the moment.

 

You can find out all the currently available information as well as any updates when they become available on this post - Unable to log into AccountRight, MYOB Essentials, my.MYOB accounts 08/07/2020
