We have two types of Employees, Monthly and Hourly.
Only the Hourly Staff need to Clock In and Out.
How can I set the MYOB Team Kiosk to only show a list of the Hourly Staff?
We want to use MYOB Teams for ALL staff to apply for Leave, but only the Hourly Staff to use the Clock In system.
Is this possible?

In this matter, can I please confirm if you're referring to an employee salary-pay basis? A monthly pay basis and an hourly pay cycle are not available in the software. If you wish to set up the salaried employee in the MYOB Team Kiosk, this will not be possible. The MYOB Team app is only available for employees with an hourly pay basis to submit their hours. Please refer to this Help article for further information regarding the MYOB team.

Yes, I am also talking about Salary Staff. I want Salary Staff to also use the APP to apply for Annual Leave and Sick Leave. But if I load them into the APP, their names show up in the Clock In and Out tab.
For the Hourly Staff, all works fine.
Is it not possible for Salay Staff to only use the APP for processing Lease requests and not Clock In/Out side?

So you mean only the Hourly Staff get to take advantage of the Online Leave application and Access to digital list of Payslips and the ablitiy to update their personnal details, and any Monthly Staff members dont get access to these digital functions??
That seems a little on the dumb side.
Surely all staff should be able to take advantage of all the functions MYOB has to offer and the system should cater to all the different Payroll systems.
MYOB get your act together and things sorted out properly!

The MYOB team cannot be used for salaried employees. If you've got employees with Pay basis: Salary, they will not be picked up by the app as this is designed for hourly pay-based employees, but this is something that might change for future updates. We'll surely pass on your feedback to the relevant team.
