Payroll advice report Incorrect

Out of interest I looked at the report, and noticed what seemed to be an error.

We gave our secretary a pay rise in June for the CPI rise.

On looking at the historical advices I notice that they show the actual pay as it was for pay periods last year, but the Annual salary and the Hourly rate shown are as apply now. In other words the calculation is incorrect for the hour figures shown.

Why does Accountright not pick up the actual pay slips from  the history?

Mal.

Re: Payroll advice report Incorrect

Hi @Ggastro

Thanks for your post. The Annual Salary and Hourly Rate fields on the Payroll Advice report and on payslips is pulled from the employee's card>>Payroll Details tab>>Wages tab. This is at the time of producing that report or payslip. So if changes are made to those values and you then print that report or payslip it will produce with the new values.

Please let me know if you need further help.
