"Something went wrong"

I was 90% finished my pay run (which is an extremely long and complicated job) and MYOB came with an error message saying something went wrong and closed itself down from there!!! I wasn't even looking at the screen or touching the computer when it happened!

What is going on!! I have been working on this for 4 hours, and now I have to start again!!?? I've logged back in and it's gone!!

This is about the 6th error message I've had this week!

Hi @holly2170 

This can be very frustrating. I suggest you look at (and attach to this post) the diagnostic log from when this happened. Other software such as anti virus scan may have opened the company file causing the crash. Or there might be other issues with your file (file size or corruption etc).

Esp if happening repeatedly it is important to identify specific cause and hopefully find a solution.
