On-premise installtion issue

Dear Sir/Madam,   I tried to do on-premise installation of MYOB Advanced but I am running into an issue and not sure how to solve it. I have attched the screenshot of the issue.   Regards, Niles...

Could you please untick "Create Virtual Directory" and let me know if you get an error?

Same issue even if I uncheck "Create Virtual Directory".
