Seems a couple of users now having this issue.
As I have found the ID is updated on upgrades and restoring processes.
Hopefully one of the developers can answer for us!
I will double check this again on a few sites.

PowerMyobBI Samuel_Toombs Recent advice I received from the developers was that file IDs will only change:
- If a backup is taken, used locally then restored to the cloud
- If a mix of PC & Server versions of AccountRIght are used by mistake
- Checking in a checked out file (this will not be applicable from 2020.2 as this process is no longer available)
