Open Windows Explorer (My Computer) and renaming all files with the name reptoc in the folder x:\myobao\data\glman\clnt460 will resolve this issue.
If this does not resolve the issue, please call the Support number to fix the issue in the table.
The alternative is to restore the ledger from backup.
