Hi all,

We were really pleased to announce this week that leading accounting firm Crowe Horwath has partnered with MYOB to support its small to medium business clients in migrating to online accounting solutions AccountRight Live and LiveAccounts.

Crowe Horwath has nearly 3000 principals, professionals and support staff in Australia and New Zealand, specialising in meeting the needs of SMEs and individuals. The majority of its clients are privately-owned and family businesses as well as individuals seeking to prosper. The company also provides services to government agencies and not-for-profit organisations.

Adam Ferguson, MYOB General Manager - Accountants Division, says MYOB is very pleased to work with Crowe Horwath in enhancing its cloud accounting and business advisory services. “The partnership is the next step to an already fruitful and long-standing relationship, and we look forward to supporting Crowe Horwath and their clients in their journey to the cloud.”

Some of the biggest payoffs of cloud accounting solutions include saving time on manual data entry with bank feeds, reducing rework, increasing collaboration and productivity, and strengthening client relationships.

Crowe Horwath’s Greg Emsley, says cloud accounting is a key priority for the business in developing enhanced engagement with clients. “Cloud accounting solutions allow us to provide real time advice on up to date information to businesses, helping them develop and grow.”

It’s also been another busy week on the Community Forum as we approach the end of the calendar year. We had another 226 new members join the forum in the past seven days, and over 400 posts were made, including 150 from MYOB staff. Let me extend a very warm welcome to all those community members that have recently joined us – I hope you find the forum is an invaluable resource for getting the most from your MYOB software and services.

Our top contributors on the forum this week were @Julie_A_C, @ronatbas, @Geoff_, @CloudMindAcc and @kerrie_smith. A big thank you to all those community members who shared their expertise this week, providing such terrific assistance to so many community members.

I hope you all have a great weekend.

Love your work,
