Hi. I'll be a sole trader with mostly receivables. Does the account I link need to be a business account? If not, are there benefits to it being a business account? My concern is that I can't seem to gain interest in a business account. Thanks.

Thanks for your post. That would be something you'd need to speak to your accountant about. As we're not accountants we're not permitted to give advice on the type of bank account that would suit your business.
From a software perspective, if you use a personal account you would need to enter all transactions, including the personal ones, in order to reconcile the account. If you want to use bank feeds, you'd also need to check with your bank to ensure bank feeds can be set up for your account.
