I'm sorry for the delayed response.
If your transactions are missing from your reconciliation windows, there are a few things we can check.
- Check the statement date in the Reconcile Accounts to see if the Bpay transactions are covered by those dates.
- Check if the Bpay transactions are part of previous reconciliations.
- Check if the Bpay transactions are recorded in the right bank account. (Open Banking > Find Transactions > Debits and Credits Tab > Filter via Bpay information.)
