Payslips not emailing and info missing
AccountRight Plus 2024.3.1.6 We have had this issue for awhile now ; Each week we do the payroll and select all the payslips to be emailed, usually around 50-55, and sometimes we only get 35 to actually send. We have tried from different computers and different logins. We have tried different methods of accessing them to send. But to no avail. The other issue is that some of the emails that actually do make it out, both payslips and invoices, are missing large chunks of information. It's like the "template" is in the pdf but the information is missing. We have had our IT people take a look and they are saying that the missing emails are not even making it to the email server. They have also asked for our SPF & DKIM details, are these the same for all MYOB users or unique to us? Thanks Belinda0Views0likes0Comments🚨 Service Disruption Update 07/05/2024

I use both the online and the desktop version of MYOB account right. I am happy with the document templates in the online version - Quotes, Orders, Invoices. It was easy enough to add a logo, and all the required information is on the template it provides (you cant seem to edit it much anyway). Am I missing something that this online document template, is not syncing back to the desktop version? Do I really have to go and create it again if I want consistency in document design across the desktop and web version of MYOB?Solved13Views0likes1CommentMYOB PayBy
Since the update of MYOB Online Invoice fees being applied to sales invoices on the go - our Bank feeds are not matching up with our MYOB PayBY sales invoices. Also- when I open the customer's sales invoice- the invoice still is "open". Even though when I "view all activity" it clearly shows that the customer has paid. I've done a quick search - I've made sure that our account settings are "Auto-approve bank transactions matched to MYOB transactions" and we have allocated a Ledger account for the online fees. I've run out of troubleshooting to try- could someone please advise how to get this automatically matching again to maintain efficiency?1View0likes0Comments
