PURCHASES - CREATE PURCHASE NOT WORKING - please fix asap

Hi there

 

PURCHASES - CREATE PURCHASE NOT WORKING - error message

"Something went wrong - try refreshing your browser"

 

I've refreshed the browser and have shut down the computer & logged in again but the same problem occurs.

 

Can you please fix it asap

Hi @Mary11 

 

Thanks for your post. We typically see that error when trying to create bills if the linked payables account hasn't been selected. To check this:

 

  • go to Accounting>>Manage linked accounts>>Purchases tab
  • check the Liability account for tracking payables field has an account selected
