assistance to remove an 'owner' from MYOB

I would like assistance to remove an 'owner' from our MYOB essentials file, who is not an owner but a former acountant. For some reason even though I am an owner myself I don't have an option to delete this person.

Our new accountant has also tried but also unable to remove.

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to see that no one has responded to you yet,

I would suggest changing the owner's user access to Accountant/Bookeeper or just Sales. You can change the user type as well to File User. Save it and then try to remove the user again. Let me know how it goes, I'll be glad to assist further.

Thank you.

They have gone as an owner but are still showing as an advisor.

If I click on advisor nothing happens.

How do I remove them as an advisor.
