Please find attached screenshot from my phone with a leave request pending, plus a screenshot from the browser showing there are no leave requests.

Thank you for sending the screenshots.
Please recreate the location and re-add the employees. Once done, kindly advise them to re-submit their leave requests so that it shows in the MYOB Team Admin portal. Let us know if you require further assistance with this.

The issue has arisen since you had advised us to recreate the location and re-add all the employees on the original post were I had posted that some employees could not see their time sheets submitted on their app.
Since we have done this, we have employees unable to log back in, and we are unable to view or approve any leave requests.
Do you have any other advise, is this an issue with anyone else?

Further to this, can you please explain the difference between MYOB Teams and MYOB Advanced Team.
Should we be using the advanced app?
I did notice that MYOB Team has a very low rating on the app store (1.9) whereas MYOB Advanced Teams has a rating of 4.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Deleting and then recreating the locations, and adding the employees again are the basic troubleshooting steps when having issues with MYOB Team app. These steps worked for other users. If you are having issues after doing the troubleshooting steps, it is highly recommended to advise your employee to resubmit their leave requests and create their timesheets again. You may check the Help Articles: Getting started with MYOB Team and Using the MYOB Team mobile app for more information regarding your concern.
Regarding your other concern about MYOB Team, you will need to use the 'MYOB Team' only as it is the app being for used SME (small to medium enterprise) customers.
