Error message when trying to send update event

Hello,

 

Just trying to send update event but keep getting this error message, is anyone having the same issue?

Hi @VL8 

 

Thanks for your post.

 

If the error message persists, kindly clear the cache of your browser and log out then log back into your account. Also, try using a different web browser. If the error message will still show up, in the meantime, please process a void pay or $0 pay run.
