Can't select a linked customer in jobs

In the past few weeks i have suddenly not been able to link new contacts to jobs, might be a bug that needs fixing.

    Thank you for your post. I apologize for the delayed response. 

     

    The 'Jobs' feature in MYOB is typically linked to transaction lines rather than directly to the customer. As this is a new customer, it would be beneficial to verify if there are any ongoing invoices that can be linked to any jobs. If there are available line items and the customer still does not appear in the job dropdown option, you can navigate to the invoice and add the job from the line item directly.
