Emailing Statements

Hello. Since the upgrade, when sending our Clients statements, a copy is going to ALL email recipients on that Cllients account.  Eg. Accounts, Sales, Warehouse etc. With the old system, you were able to delete the email addresses, you did not wish the statement to be sent to, however I cannot see an option to do this within the new system. Is this option still available? Thank you.

    Hi Soap 

     

    Thanks for your feedback. Currently statements will be send to the email addresses listed in the customer card. I do see the benefit of only sending this to selected email address. I have raised this with our product developers to investigate. 

     

    In the meantime you could download the statement as a PDF and send it to the correct email address.
