Invoice wont send

Hi, I have sent the same invoice about ten times today and it doesnt go as I've sent it to two of my email addresses to test it. Ten times and I still cannot send it to the client. This often happens about once or twice every few days but not for this long. Ive been at it for foiur hours now. Is anyone else having this issue?

We were aware of an incident report earlier today that some users were experiencing a delay in the invoice email service. Our team was able to resolve this as quickly as they could. Kindly check our Community forum page regarding this issue. Please make sure to clear your browser cache, log out of the account, and log back in again.

 

Please let me know if the issue persists so that we can assist further.
