I am having the same issue too. The new format since the recent update is clunky and full of issues.

Invoices are working on the phone app (iPhone).
Very frustrating that there's not been any assistance with the web page system yet, and I'm unable to reconcile transactions to the correct invoices as well, so clients and customers are still getting overdue payment reminders, which makes me look incompetant. Not very happy with this at all.

I am so surprised the MYOB status page shows verything normal and there is no way to lodge a ticket to their support team for this kind of emergency.

Im having the same issues. I was able to create an inoives but not email or reopen it. Has anyone figured it out?
