I'm trying to access the Online invoice payments report - Transaction details in MYOB Essentials, but keeps coming up with this.
"Looks like you don't have permission to access this page"
Shouldn't I have access...as it is my payments coming in ?

Thank you for your post. The error message pertains to the user's access to a specific page.
If you're still having problems with this, can you please try to check the Email that you used upon signing in?

I have fixed the access issue, I now have access. Why I was needing it was because I have 2 payments that have come in and I didn't know who they were from.
I have found one payment MYOB000006....which is for 2 different creditors who have paid on the same day I guess. I don't understand why they are batch together under one payment ? Shouldn't they have been separate payments ?
I cannot find the other one ?

So annoying when they batch them together! If its an online payment surely the program could allocate it to the correct invoice. I have one that I just can not figure out at the moment because thats all it says "MYOB000006..." so frustrating

I hear you, having the same problem. Makes no sense, if payments are made by different company's should come into our accounts separately. Also with the Invoice no: / or Company name......not just MYOB000006 !!!

Can I ask how you fixed this, please? I am desperate, I've been on the phone literally all day (still on hold now!) to support and they cant fix it.... I need the report to do my bank reconciliation and there are payments that I have no idea who they are from. :-(

Tried that but keep getting a "something went wrong" alert like when trying to access bank feeds again today...getting rather annoying that we are paying for something that is not working properly all too often!
