Hello I'm trying to access the Online invoice payments report - Transaction details in MYOB Essentials, but keeps coming up with this. "Looks like you don't have permission to access this page" ...

I hear you, having the same problem. Makes no sense, if payments are made by different company's should come into our accounts separately. Also with the Invoice no: / or Company name......not just MYOB000006 !!!

Tried that but keep getting a "something went wrong" alert like when trying to access bank feeds again today...getting rather annoying that we are paying for something that is not working properly all too often!
We appreciate your patience regarding this. The team was made aware that the Bank Feed service was currently experiencing delays in delivering transactions. A fix was already done to this and we suggest that you log out and log back in or clear your browser cache if it is still not accessible.
