is there a issue with Pulling in invoices into the intray/ its not reading the OCR data . just sits and doesnt seem to read the data

Thanks for posting in the forum again.
Sorry to hear about your inconvenience with Intray documents. There was recent latency in the Intray service which was reported to be fixed. I would suggest clearing the cache of the browser and trying to load the Intray window again.
