Welcome to Myob community forum and hope you find the resources valuable!
The above error usually occurs when the app needs a refresh, to fix the error please try the following steps
1)Before signing into Myob invoices app please try to sign on to desktop and make sure you are able to access the file
2)Navigate to Setup->User access
Highlight your User ID on the left hand side and tick This user will sign on with My.Myob account before entering your email address and click save.
Note:You may be prompted to invite that user,if you already have access then you dont need to invite the user and the next window can be closed.
Once your User Id has been associated with your my.myob account for that company file you would be able to prompted to log on to Invoices app and should load the app.
