Issue with Opening a Tax Return

I am trying to open a tax return and all I get is the circle whirling round and round with "job locked" "upgrading".

I've tried closing MYOB down and reopening it but to no avail.  Its been doing this for almost an hour now...

 

Has anyone any suggestions....

  • I've got the same problem - this particular tax return been upgrading for hours now

      I have the same issue.

      Started yesterday and still doing the same this  morning when I checked.

      Have been on the phone to the customer success team and shocked that the team have no idea as to what is going on or have any idea on how to resolve this issue.

      MYOB needw to pick up their game.  It is so frustrating for all our staff members trying to get returns and issue after issue keeps presenting itself.

        Has anyone heard how to fix this issue? 

        Am trying to finalise returns and can't!

    Thank you for your post.

     

    To resolve this issue please click into the return and there should be a green button to the top right that says retry upgrade, click on this button and this should allow you to enter the return.

     

    If this does not resolve your issue please contact our technical team on 0800 94 96 98 for further investigation.
