NZ MYOB Tax Practice - Tax Pooling Payments

We have a number of clients who have arrangements with tax pooling for P1 and P2.  When doing P3 letters the payments in the new tax software are not showing so the tax letter is generating for the full year amount.  Any suggestions on how to fix? 

 

I tried adding the payments as MYOB transactions in Data Reconciliation but that didn't pull through to the tax notice.

  • I had the same issue.  To get the tax notice right I made a negative adjusment in the voluntary adjustment area.  Probably not strictly correct, but gave me the result I needed.

      Not a great solution though as it requires the team to remember which staff have tax pooling set up for payments when checking the tax notices.
