Hi,
After the recent outage of MYOB, I was able to login (21/2/2022 - afternoon) and process a payroll in NZ. However it appears that the IRD submission has not occured.
When selecting payday filing within MYOB, the submission is simply not there.
Please advise what has happened here and what we need to do to ensure that he IRD receive payroll data as per current IRD rules around payday filing.
