Payday Filing Error

I have just tried importing my first Payday filing report and it has come up with the following error message?? I am using the following file generated by MYOB Payroll.  EI_Return_304_20190304.

    Hi SullHall 

     

    When you selected to upload that file to the IRD website, what option did you select? Ideally, you need to select the File transfer pay day schedules option on the File Transfer section of the IRD website. 

     

    We also have a really good online self-paced training course that will cover the Payday filing process from end to end (MYOB Software to the IRD site). You can check it out and enrol through MYOB Academy: Payday filing. Note: There is a slight cost associated with that course.

      Thanks Steven,

       

      I think the path I took is as per your guidance... I selected the top item. I will also look at the training option you've suggested.

        Hi SullHall 

         

        From my understanding, you should have the option in File Transfer - File transfer pay day schedules similar to the below screenshot.

         

        If you don't have that option I would be referring to the IR for clarification as to that option and enabling that option for your login.
