Thanks for your post, while New Zealand Payroll (Desktop ) is a relatively older product it is still being supported with no plans for decommission at this time.

Then why is the phone support team telling customers this and causing panic unnecessarily?

We've passed that feedback along to our phone based teams. 

Just to reiterate, at this time NZ Payroll (Desktop) program is still being supported with no plans for decommission at this time.
