MYOB Integration Issues

We're seeing the errors below in the server which causes connection problems.

"Name":"GatewayTimeout","Message":"Connection to the API has timed out","AdditionalDetails":"Maximum call time is 29 seconds"

Can we get assistance please? Otherwise, redirect us to the best MYOB Contact Person

Hi @kebin24 , that message indicates congestion at the API end, and will happen at random from time to time. Your app needs to deal with it (as we do) by retrying the call a number of times, we found that 4 times was the most ever necessary, so we allow up to 6 times.
