Hi InTheHills,
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with logging into MYOB Business on your iPad. To resolve this, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you're logging in via app.myob.com.
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser settings, then try logging in again. If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser.
- Sometimes a simple restart can resolve unexpected issues.

Probably the same problem all us apple Mac users are experiencing - I get nothing on Safari anymore. See if you can use Firefox of Google Chrome?
