Myob login issue on ipad

Having login issue, white page appearing after login into myob business using ipad.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with logging into MYOB Business on your iPad. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

     

    • Make sure you're logging in via app.myob.com.
    • Clear the cache and cookies in your browser settings, then try logging in again. If the issue persists, try switching to a different browser.
    • Sometimes a simple restart can resolve unexpected issues.

    Probably the same problem all us apple Mac users are experiencing - I get nothing on Safari anymore.  See if you can use Firefox of Google Chrome?

    That doesn’t resolve the problem. It’s still blank on the sign in page on iPad.

    Hi leeeeeee,

     

    Thanks for checking that and sorry to hear it's still happening. Could you please try signing in on a different device, like another tablet, phone, or computer? If it works there, that would usually mean something on the iPad is restricting the sign-in page from loading properly. If that’s the case, it may help to check for things like browser restrictions, content blockers, pop-up blockers, or any device settings that could be affecting the page.
