Still not fixed? No communication available about this issue to stop us having to waste time on forums to see how to resolve the issue? MYOB is capable of sending price increase emails etc but not a support email? When I realised yesterday that there was an issue I checked status with STP on the browser version and it says pending. I now have to pay all the casuals with the same situation and myob window pops up telling me 'not to forget to declare!' I have found the same thing - I have been here since 8am and it has shut down twice already whilst performing perfunctory tasks - nothing out of the ordinary! I've just done as you recommended AmandaMYOB and the screen looks the same with the buttons at the bottom of the page cut off - scale is 100% and resolution is 1366 x 768 which are both the recommended for that screen. This causes other issues so this is not a solution to the issue. When I changed my settings the 'customer Purchase order' title moved across the field so I could not see the first 2 letters/digits being typed into the field. So completely useless. My screen also looks like this and I was told to adjust the display settings - this caused further issues with certain areas of an Invoice moving over others so I had to revert. Telling everyone to shift the scale to rectify this problem does not work. I raised a ticket about this and was told to email feedback instead. I'm not sure that anyone is reading this forum who can make a positive impact as it seems we are consistently being told 'too bad'. Its very frustrating as a small business owner who pays MYOB thousands of dollars a year to have an update cause such disruption and frankly, less efficiency.99Views3likes0Comments
