Totally Agree - lack of finding support options & lack of support when you do manage to find / connect to somebody & not listening to users are MYOB's biggest downfalls at the moment. It seems every month, I get an email from MYOB telling me they've done something "new & exciting", which in 99% of the cases is irrelevant to me. Re: Not required to enter password for accountright Sorry, but this is not a workable solution. If you Sign out from Accountright via the Services tab, when you resign in, you have to enter your Userid and do a Two Factor Authentication everytime. The way it was previously worked well. The Userid came up automatically and you just had to enter a password. Every 30 days, you had to enter a Two Factor Authentication code, which we could accept. Now, it just goes straight into MYOB, or if we follow your suggestion, we have to enter everything every single time - its one extreme or the other. However, I exited MYOB & then logged back in again & it didn't ask for a password. So, are you saying that we now have to Click on Services & Sign out from Accountright Live every time now ?? The process has been the same for thelast 8 years of having MYOB. But now we are not prompted for a password, ever since upgrading to 2023.8. Re: Not required to enter password for accountright It is an Online File. Nobody has changed users settings. The password stopped being asked for after we were upgraded to 2023.8.
