We are experiencing the same issue, ever since we upgraded to 2023.8.
None of the solutions offered on this post work.
Can someone explain what is happening please & why it was changed.

Thank you so much for your post and I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues when logging into your account.
Are you inquiring about an online file or an offline file?
If the file is online, it's probable that someone has configured your User Access to permit you to access the company file using the my.myob username and password. If it's set up in this manner, you won't be prompted to log in with a username and password; this step is bypassed.
Please do let me know how you go on this.

It is an Online File.
Nobody has changed users settings.
The password stopped being asked for after we were upgraded to 2023.8.
