You are correct that every time you log out to your AccountRight, you would need to click on Services then Sign out from AccountRight. These changes were implemented as part of enhanced security measures. Rest assured that the security of your account is of utmost importance to us. Sorry, but this is not a workable solution.
If you Sign out from Accountright via the Services tab, when you resign in, you have to enter your Userid and do a Two Factor Authentication everytime.
The way it was previously worked well.
The Userid came up automatically and you just had to enter a password.
Every 30 days, you had to enter a Two Factor Authentication code, which we could accept.
Now, it just goes straight into MYOB, or if we follow your suggestion, we have to enter everything every single time - its one extreme or the other.
