I have to do a P&L from 1 July 2023- 30 June 2024 then I have to do a second report from 1 July 2024-31 August 2024 and then add the net profit/loss to get the total for that period. It's just really messy when you have to present the figures at a meeting and need to show two reports. I was wanting just to be able to do one report for that entire period, but I don't think it can be done in MYOB. Lisa_H PROFIT & LOSS STATEMENT FROM 1 JULY 2023 - 31 AUGUST 2024 I am wanting a P&L done for the above period and would like ONE report. Is this possible and if so how do I do it? I only seem to be able to do a P&L from 1 July 2023- 30 June 2024 then I have to do a second report from 1 July 2024-31August 2024. This isn't very efficient. Is it possible to do one report for the above period? Thanks Lisa_H Re: Report for Supplier Bank Account Details Hi Mike_James Thanks for that. Regards Lisa_H Re: Report for Supplier Bank Account Details Hi Mike_James I tried doing that via File/Import/Export/Export data/Cards/Supplier Cards/Separate data using TABS/Include file header/Selected...Name on Card, Acct name, BSB, Acct number/Export..... then I get the option to save it only as a .txt file. When I try to open it, I don't get the option to open it in excel. The best I can open it in is Word. It's a really messy document and shows all my suppliers over the past 9 years, that I have to go through and cull out so I just get my most recent suppliers that I am looking for. It's quite time consuming. I would have thought there would be an easier way to do this by now. Regards Lisa_H Report for Supplier Bank Account Details I need a report that shows my supplier bank accounts details. How do I do this? Thanks SolvedEMAILING INVOICES, PAYSLIPS ETC. Hi When I set up MYOB many years ago, I put an email address in somewhere (!) so that when I email payslips, invoices, etc. they were sent from this particular email address. I would now like to change that email address but can't find where I set this up initially. Can you advise how I do this. Thanks Lisa_H Re: FIND A MATCHING TRANSACTION IN BANK FEEDS NOT THERE Hi Steven It was the third option below - the transactions were ticked in the reconcile accounts window. I unticked them and it worked! Thanks. Lisa_H FIND A MATCHING TRANSACTION IN BANK FEEDS NOT THERE Hi I usually use "Find a Matching Transaction" in bank feeds to match my payments. I click on "Find" and then the appropriate transaction comes up and then I "match & approve." First time ever, this is not working today for some reason. When I click on "Find" there is no transnation there. How can I fix this? Thanks Lisa_H SolvedBILLING BACK CHARGES Hello As part of our billing process, we often need to "back charge" our client for expenses we have incurred on their behalf. When this happens I currenlty pay the invoice as per "normal" then when it comes to bill the client, when we raise our invoice for the services we provide we may also need to add for example - "Offsite laundry" $650.00; labour, general expenses, etc. On the invoice we are raising for them the "back charge" item is entered under the accounts list category "income". The problem with this is that it is then recorded under "income" when the P&L is done and it's not really "income" it's more of a reimbursement. What's the best way to record these "back charges" ? Thanks Lisa_H EMPLOYEE SELF-ONBOARDING Hi Is it possible for MYOB to put an option in "Setup/Preferences" or elsewhere, to turn this off so that it stops popping up every time I enter a new employee card? I don't want to use it, and it gets a bit annoying after a while. Thanks Lisa_H Solved
