MYOB dual businesses under one subscription
Hi, I have a client whom has two separate entities, both under the same subscription. They have been able to invite us into one entity, however when they try to invite to the other it says that the email address already exists? I can only see one entity? HI, If a bank account in the Banking Hub does not show the bottom area that you put the bank account number in, this indicates that there cant be any bank feeds? Is this correct? Also, i have another bank account where the Bank Account Type is empty, however the bottom area is filled in with bank account details? So this does have bank feeds? Thanks, I thought this would need to be done. I will have to get my client to submit a case. In the interim, I will just try to get it up to date for them until 30 June best I can. Hi, I have attached a sheet with some screen shots as my issue appears to be a bit confusing. In summary, there appears to be bank feeds to an account that have not been allocated, however they are on the bank register, indicating they have been entered manually i am assuming? If so, so we just hide them all? In the banking hub it is confusing as the bank feed is active for an account that is not available in the bank allocation section ( no dropdown ) , however the one that does not have bank feeds as noted in the banking feed does?
